SECTION 20 – 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from receipt to apply for our Money Back Guarantee.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once returned products are received (return shipping at your cost).
Free gifts or discounted items must be returned for a full refund; otherwise, their full value will be deducted.
SECTION 21 – DISCOUNTS & BUNDLES
Discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders and are not redeemable for cash.
Only one discount code may be used per order.
Aelume Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel orders misusing discounts or promotions.
During sale periods, orders cannot be changed, amended, or cancelled.
SECTION 22 – REFUNDS OF BUNDLE OFFERS
If a discounted bundle item is returned without its qualifying purchase, the discount will be reversed and full prices applied to remaining items.
SECTION 23 – PROMOTIONS
Promotions are available while stocks last and during the stated promotional period.
Purchases made outside the specified time frame are not eligible.
SECTION 24 – SUBSCRIPTIONS
We offer an optional subscription service for recurring delivery of selected Aelume Pty Ltd products.
a) Cancellations – You may cancel anytime up to 24 hours before your next order ships by emailing hello@aelume.com.au.
b) Changes – You can change frequency or products in your subscription at any time by contacting us via the same email. Changes take effect once confirmed in writing by Aelume Pty Ltd.
Payments will be deducted automatically; ensure sufficient funds to avoid suspension or cancellation.
SECTION 25 – ORDER CHANGES
We have a small 10-minute window during business hours to cancel or amend orders.
During promotional periods, orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed.
